Flat TOP/ Smooth Top
All of the mesh knuckles are on the underside, allowing material to move more freely over the screen, while keeping plugging to a minimum.
Top surface of wires all lie in same plane, results in irregular crimped surface on underside. Flat surface improves flow of materials over screen panels by reducing friction.
Double Crimp/Plain Crimp
Woven wire cloth, evenly crimped in warp and weft, providing a rigid construction. The wires are under-crimped and sprung together, thus giving a tight mesh. This is used mainly with lighter wires to ensure tension in a light screen.Lock Crimp
